Sing Therapy Circle
Membership
Ongoing practice, connection and personal exploration following the Sing Therapy course.

Sing Therapy Circle (Online) is a gentle, supportive group space for those who have completed the initial Sing Therapy course and want to continue their vocal journey together.
It offers a place to keep practising, stay connected, stay motivated and deepen the work in a steady, sustainable way.

As part of Sing Therapy Circle (Online), members have access to:

• regular live sing therapy sessions
• replays, supporting resources and practice materials
• a private group space for connection and questions
• occasional masterclasses
• opportunities for individual spotlights within the group

Suitable for adults who have completed Sing Therapy core training and wish to continue in a supportive, nurturing environment.

These weekly practical sessions with Heather continue to follow the Sing Therapy™ approach, combining breath, simple technique and personal exploration to help voices continue to feel free and more confident. The focus remains on personal and vocal wellbeing, expression and enjoyment rather than performance.

The Circle is designed as a progression, not an alternative, to the core Sing Therapy course.

The 5-week course lays the foundations of the method, introducing key principles, practices and ways of working. The Circle then provides an ongoing container where those foundations can become habitual, deepen and become part of everyday life.

Alongside vocal development, the Circle supports continued personal exploration. The voice and the self are closely linked, and as people sing regularly, they often notice shifts in confidence, awareness and emotional expression.

This space allows those experiences to be acknowledged and integrated, so the work remains meaningful as well as musical.

Some members also sing in choirs, bands or community groups and use the Circle as a form of regular practice and vocal self-care - a place to maintain technique, release tension and keep the voice feeling healthy and responsive. It complements other singing activities,
